With our scattered characters reunited, Lost takes a much needed breather and does some less plot heavy character work. We finally get the answer to Kate's mystery and Mr. Eko goes on a plane adventure with Charlie. Daniel thinks Kate's dad is a horse. Eric thinks Kate's dad is a horse. They both have brain worms.
