Salvador Castaneda
In 2012/2013 I had a "what am I doing moment", a moment where I realized I had not prepared for the future, let alone my retirement. With no one around to help me and none of the current groups on real estate existing at that time. I turned to reading and youtube. After years of reading, watching videos and learning from 8pm to midnight I refined my results to finance, insurance or real estate. My first purchase was 47 units in 2017 during a time we took a year off to travel across the western side of the U.S plus Guatemala, Mexico and eventually ending in Kuai. I since then purchased two more commercial properties, started consulting more and opened up a brewery/coffee shop on one of our commercial properties.

Adam Carroll
Hello, my name is Adam Carroll and I grew up in Carson City Nevada. I just recently moved to Reno Nevada in order to better understand the local Reno market and be closer to my restaurant job. I gained interest in real estate early on. Much of my work experience has been spent in restaurant management where I learned about managing food cost, labor cost, and how to build and run an effective crew. I used the savings that I had to invest into the multifamily mentorship program and I decided that I wanted to make real estate investing my career. Since then I have fallen in love with the acquisitions role.
