Marshae Smith
Marshaé is an entrepreneur, licensed real estate broker and aspiring multi-family syndicator. Originally from Savannah, Ga she’s planting and watering her roots in the Charlotte Market with her new venture — CREI Capital Group. Marshaé has always been passionate about wealth building and financial education. But, like just about all of us, her reverential love for real estate began after she read Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki. Since then, Marshaé has set her sights on not only acquiring a small-scale multifamily home to serve as her primary residence and first investment property but also building a portfolio of large-scale apartment complexes. Outside of real estate, Marshaé works as a full-time entrepreneur — recently celebrating year 5 of the Branding and Marketing firm she started from a tiny twin bed in her college dorm room.

Maggie Cheung
Co-founder and managing partner of Sage Investing Group, Maggie comes from an audit and risk management background and has been investing in real estate since 2011. Prior to transitioning to full-time real estate, Maggie has worked in large financial firms on Wall Street, where she specialized in risk management for the Firms' Investment Banking and Investment Management businesses which include reviewing, assessing, and improving the firm's underwriting and due diligence process. After years of audit service of this industry, Maggie has since transitioned to real estate, and in 2020, she partnered with Lana Choi and Jin Wang to form Sage Investing Group.
