Arthur Drozd
Artour Drozd is an experienced owner,and operator of commercial Real Estate with education in TV/Radio journalism and real estate management and background in automotive management and finance. He owns and operates his 100% owned Real Estate investment firm SDS Realty out Fairfax California with management teams in 4 states since 2008. He has been in a commercial Real Estate for over 13 years, prior to that he was a General Manager of an award of Excellence winning Infiniti care dealership in San Francisco Bay Area. The borrower has specific experience in the multifamily, single-family and commercial real estate space, across Indiana, Oklahoma, California and Nevada. Currently, the borrower owns and operates 247 multi-family units, two single-family homes, and mixed-use property. The borrower has a net worth of approximately $25 million and approximately $4m in liquidity, including $3.8m in of 1031 proceeds. The borrower also has a modest leverage real estate portfolio with an overall LTV of approximately 40%. Due to low leverage, the borrower has an annual net cash flow of roughly $1.5 million.

Manrup Sandhu
Manrup is a finance and real estate graduate from Indiana University. He currently works in Valuations for a large real estate firm but wants to get more hands-on experience with the multifamily realm. He started in real estate when he was 16 where he managed single family properties with his father.
