Patrick Grimes
Patrick Grimes is the Founder and CEO at Invest on Main Street. He has over fourteen years of experience in active real estate investment, purchasing distressed assets, renovating, and stabilizing for long-term cash flow. His 146M portfolio includes 1957 units in multifamily apartment communities in the emerging markets across Texas and the southeastern United States. Patrick currently co-sponsors syndications with strengths in underwriting, conducting due-diligence, authoring pitch decks and raising equity with 20M+ invested from his network of passive investors. He can be also assists as a key principle – loan guarantor with Fannie and Freddie experience. Patrick co-authored an Amazon #1 best-selling book, Persistence, Pivots, and Game Changers. As an inductee into the Forbes Real Estate Council, Patrick authors Forbes thought leadership articles and contributes to Forbes Expert Panels on investing and commercial real estate. A leader in the high-tech space, he contracts to design and build one-of-a-kind manufacturing automation and robotic systems through his other company, Protomation Systems, LLC. Patrick also holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering, a Master of Science in Engineering and an MBA.
