Todd Schowengerdt

My Real Estate Investment Journey started 40 years ago at age 14 when my Grandpa Schowengerdt, a businessman, sent my Dad a book by Robert Allen called No Money Down. It contained a whole laid out strategy on investing in SFD properties within a 10 mile radius of our primary residence.  I grew up in KC and after graduating from KU I headed West and worked in the tech industry to start. But soon I was drawn to real estate investing and real estate as a career.  We have a 30 unit, 4 person JV Master Lease Option in Baton Rouge (my first multifamily deal) and we also have a 550 unit portfolio JV/TIC in OK outside of OKC. I also fund a high volume flipper in the KC area (where I grew up) and we have purchased some land together that we are in the process of developing.

Beginning my career as a Dispositions Manager for a local investment group, I discovered my passion for real estate and have since founded and operate my own single-family investment firm. I have now expanded my expertise into multifamily and commercial real estate, specializing in deal analysis and underwriting. My current focus is on pursuing passive income through real estate syndication and commercial funds.
