Johnny Nelson
Johnny is the Co-Founder and Asset manager of ArctosCapital, with investments in ND, OK, and MN. He oversees strategy, deal sourcing, and relationship management with owners. Prior to his business activities, Mr. Nelson has worked as a Mechanical Engineer in the medical, additive, and power industries and as a General Contractor. He received his bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering and master’s degrees in Material’s Science from the University of North Dakota. His big Why (for now) is the using the power and value of Multifamily to bless friends and family, and help others achieve time liberty and activity freedom-of-choice.
