Jonathan Barr
Jonathan started his Real Estate career during the 2009 recession. He has acquired over 400 residential flips in the competitive Los Angeles market. During that time he was also involved in ground-up developments and repositioning multifamily buildings. During that 10 year period, 22 million in profits were created with an average yearly return of 38%. JB2 aims for markets that appreciate aesthetic design and open efficient layouts. JB2 will enter 70+ unit value-add projects on C property in B emerging neighborhoods 3-10 million purchase. JB2 Invests in higher cash-flow landlord-friendly markets.
