With an amazing career spanning over twenty-eight years, Shelly is known for her authenticity, honesty and cheeky humour . Forging her own path in media, Shelly is now a regular commentator on Channel 9’s Today Show and Today Extra. Plus a columnist and lifestyle host for 9Honey, as well as juggling her other projects. 

This episode Reika and Shelly will be talking about:

• How Shelly’s career all started and the biggest challenges faced!
• What ‘skin confidence’ means to Shelly and the impact that has had in her onscreen roles.
• We also get into the nitty gritty and discuss her daily skin routine and her go to skincare products and why she chooses to use them. 
• Later on we will talk about women’s health, how it is incredibly underfunded, with a focus on perimenopause and how this has affected Shelly’s daily life and skin. Because as most of us know, what happens inside us is sure to make its way through to our skin’s surface.
