Before starting Shine Insurance, Jeremy was an elementary school teacher for 13 years. Together with his wife, they began Shine Insurance Agency with the goal of changing the way people feel about insurance.

He is the host of the REI Clarity Podcast and has a YouTube Channel that has grown to have the largest independent insurance agency following.
