He earned his Bachelor's degree from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University-Worldwide with a focus in Aeronautics. 

Hutch is the Co-Founder of H Squared Capital, LLC, which focuses on the acquisition, repositioning, and rebranding of apartment complexes. They acquire apartment complexes with a team of top performers. Hutch is also a real estate podcast host with a focus on multifamily apartment syndication.
