When is the last time you checked in with yourself to see how amazing you are?

Well this week I spoke to my ladies about Self Image Inventory! Yes, who knew we had to do such a thing.  This something I haven't done is a very long time and I surprised me!

Take a self-image inventory

• Make a list of your positive qualities, such as your strengths, skills, talents, achievements, or personality traits. 
• Ask your significant other, trusted friends or family members to describe your positive qualities about you. 
• These traits will help you recognize and appreciate your value and potential.
