In this episode of the podcast, I sit down with former two time all-star Waterford intercounty hurler Eoin McGrath. We discuss the evolution of hurling since he started senior in 2001 to the present day. We also discuss some of Eoin's favorite hurling memories like the 2002 Munster final win over Tipperary. Eoin talks through how he transitioned from playing at a high level to playing at club level and how he managed injuries over the years. Eoin and his brother Ken set up their own business called Mean Bean Coffee and we discuss the trials and tribulations of becoming an entrepreneur/running your own business.
