Canadian Acres is ran by Katy Peck and her husband Clay. They live on some of the most stunning Peace River property I've even seen (and I was born and raised here!!!). It was such a great experience to have her show me around their farm to see all the amazing things they offer to our community! Permaculture courses, sourdough bread courses, happy-raised pork, fresh eggs, the most interesting flavoured canned preserves made from foraged ingredients out her back door, and a whole apothecary hand crafted by her own two hands (just to name a few)!!!
