We may find ourselves on this neverending ride where we are stuck on a goal, or we've hit the goal to take steps back. Some of us our starting a journey to create new habits and need all the help we can get.  So we are referencing one of the most excellent books written on habits, "Atomic Habits," by James Clear. Let's talk about how to make a habit obvious and in turn how to deliberately design our environment. Look up, and let's elevate!
