One of our techniques for mindfulness and gratitude is to honor the period that is about to end and all that it gave you. We look back on February - express our appreciation - and move on to March Mayday Moments and the celebration of women. We introduce our line up of women elevators for March and discuss how being in the present; exercising mindfulness; holding gratitude to high esteem; and recognizing how our past moves us into our future are key components of assisting those in distress including ourselves.
