In looking back at my life I like to say that I am a "recovering hot energetic mess."
I have been sensitive to energies my whole life. I have been sensitive to those around me and the environments I lived and worked in.
There were things I wish I knew from a younger age. Maybe if this life came with an instruction manual or perhaps a letter from the universe I might have gotten through life differently. Or maybe not!
Going through the ups and downs of my life is part of the process. I am so grateful today to be able to move differently through my daily life.
