Nice, Humble, Approachable.....all words I would use to describe Mike Martens. Mike and I crossed paths over 20 years ago but in the last few years we have heard the same calling from God to step out of our comfort zone and be the men that God has called us to be. Does that mean we have all the answers? NO WAY!! Mike shares some of his passions and his experience playing college football for the University of Iowa. Mike was a wide receiver for Iowa from 1988 to 1991. Mike has 1 catch for 8 yards and a touchdown that occurred in a game on September 28 1991 against Northern Illinois University. As you can hear from our conversation Mike would rather talk about fishing and his family than his football career.
