She is a John C. Maxwell and LEs Brown certified professional speaker and executive coach who delivered keynote addresses and research papers globally focusing on Port & Rail Logistics and skills development. She is passionate about women and youth development in Africa. She is the current chairperson of the Richards Bay Coal Terminal and is a consultant in logistics and supply chain, change management and employee engagement, and the Ocean Economy Cluster.
She is the author of "The Inclusive Leader: Embracing Diversity and Employee Engagement" and "Finding the Woman Within: How to Thrive in a Male Dominated Society"
