Former Kentucky Women's basketball player Angela Phillips Wright is the First Woman to be on the show! We went over her time growing up in Oak Ridge, TN, and how her parents open-minded mindset allowed her to pursue her dreams. Mrs. Anglea began a stint of modeling jobs at a young age which has helped prepare herself for the future. Mrs. Angela talked to me about her work ethic, and how she had a chip on her shoulder to work harder on the basketball court than the rest of the pack due to only being five foot four. Mrs. Angela spent two years at The University Of Kentucky, under Head Coach Mickie Demoss. After her sophomore year, she decided to transfer to Indiana State University, which may come off a shock but it worked for the better as she found her future husband, Dominic. Mrs. Anglea is a devoted Christian, who truly sees the way of life and allows herself to follow God's word. An awesome episode, I can finally check this off my bucket list. Enjoy episode number 12.
