Former Oklahoma Sooner Gabe Lynn joined me on the show this week. Gabe, born and raised in Tulsa, OK was culturally involved with football with his older brother to look up to who attended the University Of Nebraska. Football would lead for many career pathways in Lynn's life. During the interview we got into a very hard conversation with the recent passing of the late great John Blake, he was Oklahoma's first and only black Head Coach. Lynn and Coach Blake had a tremendous relationship, and Lynn looks to use everything that Coach Blake taught him in his career. Lynn is currently the DB coach at Houston Baptist University, who were recently promoted Division One! A unique episode as I got to learn about Gabe Lynn the person and not the football player.
