Alison is the founder of the Menopause 5 Step Breakthrough Pathway.
In this episode I will visit with Alison about what it means to get your sparkle back. Menopause and perimenopause means a lot of changes are happening, but with some small diet and lifestyle changes, the symptoms can be minimized. Eating a low-glycemic diet can help regulate blood sugar and reduce hot flashes. Drinking plenty of water can help clear the brain fog. It's important to reduce cortisol, which can be aided by getting plenty of sleep and making sure to get some movement daily.
