I am able to give myself about 2 hours of "me" time each morning before work.  I start with my sauna, with color therapy, oil therapy, and a good book.  I'll have some structured water, a shower, and a walk.  

Take the time to check in with you.  Take the time to calm your reptilian brain, build up your neurotransmitters, and feel accomplished first thing in the day.  Take the time to prioritize your to-dos so they're not overwhelming
