Flip properties -
Normally we would look at a quick cosmetic renovation - to value add and enhance the property. A reno that doesn't require a consent,
Long term Buy & Hold - Again we look to renovate, but with these its renovating for cashflow. Adding bedrooms is a normal approach here.
