In today's episode I'll look at prioritizing sleep as a building stone to getting better sleep. If you don't prioritize sleep, it won't be important enough for you to follow through with any changes or habits that may result in getting better sleep and other things can quickly take over priority. To prioritize your sleep, it's good to know WHY you want to get better sleep. Check out episode 21 of the No More Sleepless podcast on the importance of knowing your WHY to get started on your sleep journey (and any changes you are pursuing in life in general).
This episode is less structured than my usual episodes so hopefully I can gently talk you down to sleep as I ramble on and on about prioritizing sleep, talk about our day, our plans for the day and of course end the podcast with a bedtime story.
