Then we make a stop in Leeds, where we find a post-punk, spoken-word dark comedy track, which is hilarious, from Yard Act. Then it’s a few hours north to Edinburgh, and the return of Teenage Fanclub with a very homespun covid track. Then we’ll introduce you to a Brooklyn Ukrainian rapper who goes by Your Old Droog. Then in the weekly archive track, we turn the clock back to Benin and the early 1970’s and T.P. Orchestre Poly-Rythmo.
