Mark and Brendan are back with perhaps their edgiest collection of tunes in a few months. Luckily, they are still drawn from all around the music world. (Lotta masked performers in this batch, for some reason.) Anyway, they start with a blast of London jazz from Emma-Jean Thackray. Next, a new single from the Snapped Ankles, as well as a singer-songwriter from Oakland who goes as Boy Scouts. The archive throwback is from 1999, and the Welsh psychedelic rockers Super Furry Animals.
