In this week's episode Rauraidh and Laura discuss the classic bro-split of back & bi's, Chest & Tri's and Legs versus the whole body training split. 

Starting the discussion by defining what each training plot looks like, they both reflect on their own experiences with both training splits. Rauraidh and Laura discuss the benefits and drawbacks of each style of training, going into splitting up volume, recovery concerns, and hitting the right level of stimulation for a muscle group. Finally they make some recommendations for lifters looking to set up their training and transition between the two training splits.
