In this episode I talk about the important aspects of yang and why it takes a leading role in health and treatment. Yang and chi (qi or ki, if you prefer) are the same and by understanding this we are better able to understand ourselves. I also explore what is an example of living in a healthy state by following the daily rhythms of life. We talk about how disease is allowed to manifest in the body. Lastly, I explore what this means to how we can use touch to influence a healthy state in another person.
