In this weeks episode, I talk to Tony Baker, the owner and operator of Fit Group USA (www.fitgroupusa.com), a fitness company that contracts Instructors across the United States.
First, we talk about how his business and other fitness businesses have dealt with the impact of COVID-19 and the resulting shutdowns.
Next, we switch gears to talk about how the people are all pawns in a game being played by politicians and the different motives behind their decision making. In addition, we explore how certain people fall into a team-like, us vs them mentality when it comes to politics and defend their side to the max.
Finally, we discuss how Tony adjusted to the reality of life and how changing his mindset from negative to positive drastically improved his life.
