The 10 rules are:
1. Set a goal of 52 books per year
2. Set your reading list in advance
3. Randomize the order to read
4. Finish every book
5. One book at a time
6. Physical books only
7. Always carry a book and pen
8. Family first
9. No TV. No News
10. Share your progress daily
