Surinder Basran is a Fellow of the ICAEW with extensive experience advising senior management on their risk and internal control frameworks for FTSE100 companies across both SOx and Non-SOx control environments.
Michael is a Director leading the UK’s Corporate and Private Sector Controls Advisory team within the Operational Risk practice. Michael predominantly works with UK and US listed companies to help them implement and transform their control environment, utilising technology to drive real time risk insights and enhance the 3LOD operating model. At present he is also involved in UK SOX readiness planning, helping organisations prepare for the upcoming UK controls regime.
