Description

In this episode, Lauren Freeman, Senior Consultant at Robert Walters follows up from an earlier podcast with Amrit Singh, Chief Operating Officer at nasen, a charitable membership organisation who exist to support and champion those working with, and for, children and young people with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND), so that they can go on to achieve their full potential.

18 months ago nasen was an organisation with 20 staff, today they employ 38. Throughout the Covid-19 period when a number of businesses pressed pause, nasen took the opportunity to change their business model and make significant changes internally, to benefit not just the business but the team and their individual well-being. Listen below as Amrit explains the reasons why in a period of such uncertainty nasen took strides to change the way they operate.
