A traumatic brain injury that Scott received at the age of 5 would go on to shape his sick, crime-riddled lifestyle spanning decades. The streets of California and Florida in the 80’s and 90’s were no longer known for their beautiful beaches, and sunshine, they were scary places that had everyone on edge. Scott had zero control over his urges to rape and kill, no one who crossed Scott's path stood a chance.
