For one month in 1978 serial killer Richard Trenton Chase stalked the homes of Sacramento, California. All he needed was an unlocked door to perform his heinous acts. But Richard also suffered from mental illness, one that made him believe he needed to drink blood to remove a poison in his body.

Unfortunately he never received or tried to get the help he needed when he was young and in turn, he became a monster known as The Vampire of Sacramento.
