Authenticity is the currency of our culture. The standard of perfection cast upon and cultivated by churches has harmed people’s perception of and connection to the church. Brianne Shaw and her husband, Josh, helped plant Lighthouse Church in south Denver in 2019 with a goal of derailing the perfection narrative.
