This episode is a new format for us. Instead of our typical style of Nathan interviewing a member of our team, it’ll just be Nathan, sharing some encouragement to you, the individual, to hopefully change the way we see ourselves. To re-program the potentially negative tapes we have playing in our heads about who we are.
For example, do you have a tape playing that says you talk too much or are you too intense? Does it tell you that you start something without overthinking it, or conversely, never finish a single project because you’re on to the next? When you look in the mirror, is there a negative image looking back at you, telling you where you fall short? Do you want to change that image, that message in your head, or just keep playing it over and over again?
