One of the most enduring images of God in our scriptures is the image of God as our Shepherd...protecting us, nurturing us, guiding us, loving us. It is an image of relationship, of care, of familiarity. So this week, we dive into Psalm 23 and John 10:1-10 to explore that metaphor just a little bit, as we celebrate Good Shepherd Sunday.
