The five daughters of Zelophehad were one of the world’s first fighters for women rights. They represented power and uniqueness. They represented the challenges faced by women; while refusing to be second class citizens because of gender inequality. They strategically used faith, intellect, communication skills and respect to change the trajectory of their life and set the stage for the next generation of women to do the same.
