We just finished walking through a deal that would’ve paid the sales guys, the dispositions, and me, plus it would’ve rebuilt the marketing budget. The sellers wanted it. We wanted it. Everyone was on board. But the foundation issues were too much and we had to drop it. But one deal doesn’t make or break our business.
