Jobs with Jodi focuses on the area of  gender equality and women’s empowerment, with two seasoned RPCV professionals who have worked in that sector both domestically and internationally. Both guests have extensive experience in the field, with organizations ranging from federal sector players such as USAID and State Department, to international and domestic nonprofits committed to women's empowerment and gender equality.

Featured panelists offer tips and advice based on their own experience in the field, and speak to the variety of opportunities within this growing sector.  Resources provided by the special guests are linked below.

• RPCV Sylvia Cabus, who has 20+ years of international development experience focused on gender, including substantial federal sector experience working in leadership roles ranging from senior gender advisor at USAID to her more recent position as gender specialist at Peace Corps Headquarters.
• RPCV Sue Richiedei, who has dedicated 35 years to improving the lives of women around the world. She is founder and, up until a year ago, the senior director of  Counterpart International's WomenLead Institute and the 2019 winner of the Deborah Harding Women of Achievement Award.
