Letting go of pain, hurt, trauma or even rejection can make us burdensome and doesn’t allow us to seek our potential, let alone live with a free mind and soul enjoying happier moments in life. Instead we are often conditioned to hold onto resentment and pain. We hold onto our deep rooted pain as if it was a heavy anchor weighing us down to the depths of despair instead of letting it be a light feather... we can only do that when we forgive and move forward with our lives.
