Emotional Regulation: Most of us don't know how to do it. Why? No one ever taught us. Dive in with Sarah as she discusses why what is happening INSIDE you is the greatest contributor to what happens OUTSIDE of you. She talks about how fear keeps us from expanding into our full potential, why insecurity is contagious, and how learning to regulate your nervous system is a key element to thriving emotionally, mentally, and relationally. She opens up about some fears coming up for her and how they stem from past experience- and the necessity of being kind to the younger parts of ourselves that continue to come up in our adult lives.
