Craig Castree is a horticulturalist from Werribee, west of Melbourne and has grown his own food for as long as he can remember . Craig is also the vice president of the Werribee Park Heritage Orchard and has written a number of books about growing food and edible gardens. Craig wants to make growing food easier for all of us by explaining we should not plant vegetables in rows, turn the soil, apply fertilizer or obsessively pull out weeds.
