Phil Lavers left the corporate world in 2006 and bought Moonacre Farm in the Southern Highlands where he uses biodynamic principle to grow 44 acres of vegetables. Phil says he started as a vegie farmer, then realised he was a soil farmer and now thinks of himself as a microbe farmer.
Phil made this presentation as part of Books in the Garden at Burnetts on Barney for the Kiama Readers’ Festival, and his talk was introduced by Tony Gilmour.
