For this episode I am joined by Directeur Sportif at EF Education Nippo, Tom Southam.
Tom grew up in Cornwall before travelling to many different countries and having a successful professional cycling career. After retiring from professional cycling, Tom took on the role of press officer with Rapha Condor-Sharp which also involved some work as a DS.
Tom now lives in Australia and is a DS for the successful World Tour team, EF Education Nippo.
