This week I am joined by the founder of Le Col, Yanto Barker.
Yanto had a successful career as a professional road rider starting in the late 90's right into the 2010's alongside founding and developing his own cycling apparel company.
Le Col is now a hugely success business and we discuss Yanto's progression from first competing as a teenager, racing at World Championships, retirement and finding a new passion in business.
