This movie is not terrible but it is also not good. it is Meh. Most everyone in the movie is motivated by a love of gold. All they care about is gold. It's dumb. And it is based on a video game.
Hate Watching is the show that does not love gold (I am lying we love gold).

I get it. Gold is great. But if you make your whole life about acquiring gold, that will not be much of a life. And if your whole life is about acquiring gold, it is likely that your whole life is not about spending the gold. If you spent the first half of your life getting gold and the second half spending that gold, that would be OK. But that is not how it usually works. Scrooge McDuck just spent his days swimming in his pile of gold. That would not be much fun. Life is about figuring out a way to survive and enjoy. Finding that right mix is the key to happiness. Just sayin.
