Hi everyone!
With everything that's been going on, I wanted to take a moment to create a feeling of safety with you. Guided meditation can be a very helpful tool for remaining calm and regulated when things around us feel out of control. This bonus is a body scan. For 10 minutes we will check in with our body, give it space to relax, and be nonjudgmental in how we carry our tension. Noticing the body's tension helps us determine how to teach it to relax and give it what it needs to feel better. Enjoy!
