Description

Parents who have experienced the loss of a child are often hurt by the things well-meaning people say in an earnest attempt to comfort them.  This is always one of our most popular topics of discussion at our While We're Waiting Weekends, as it seems every bereaved parent has a story of a particularly hurtful or inappropriate thing that has been said to them.  Even Job had "miserable comforters"!  In this episode, Jill discusses some of those comments, and shares how we as bereaved parents might handle them.  She closes by reminding us that God can also use people to bless and encourage us with their words.
